Responsibilities: To handle invoicing, billings and other related documents.

To ensure the entries of financial transactions into accounting software and keep the company accounts updated as well as general accounting works.

To support the overall administrative work including typing, filing and documenting.

To ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office.

Requirements: At least SPM or above.

At least one (1) year of working experience for this position.

Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.

Pleasant personality, good working attitude and responsible.

Able to work independently.

Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good organizational, multitasking and communication skills.

Computer literate with good typing skills and emails drafting.

Willing to work in Seksyen U2, Shah Alam.
