Attracts Walk-In customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

Handle all in-bound inquiries sent through emails, faxes or calls.

Ensure customer’s orders/requirements are processed efficiently Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Able to communicate in MALAY & English Computer literate.

Knowledge of office administration.

Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned when necessary Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9.00am to 6.00pm) & Sat (9.00am to 1.00pm) Location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
