Job Responsibilities: Perform the deployment and instalment of IT hardware, software and services Provide system monitoring to avoid hardware and application failure.

To procure, identify and evaluate request for hardware and software upgrades To handle and attend to user problems on IT related matters.

Required to travel to users’ premise for training, support and troubleshoot.

To provide technical support and assistance to remote users via phone, email and etc when issues arise.

Ensure proper IT systems/applications are in place for all users’ PC and fully functional after troubleshooting within the office infrastructure.

Prepare and document technical reports and knowledge in the form of reports and manual.
