Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans with the aim to achieve sales targets.

Understand market trends and implement effective strategies accordingly to achieve sales target.

Develop, plan and organize sales activities such as road shows, trade fairs, etc to achieve overall objectives.

Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets set by the Management.

Coach and direct as well as recommend and implement corrective action where necessary to improve the performance of the sales team.

Conduct market research on marketing strategies and sales plan.

Prepare management reports and analysis on regular basis for Management’s review and decision making.

Requirements

Possess Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.

At least 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property development industry.

Results oriented with the ability to lead a dynamic sales team.

Good analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and respond to market trends and needs.

Strong leadership qualities and good people management skills.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
