Provide general administrative for all departments and support a team of 6 staff.

Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply Applicants must be Malaysians Only Company Business: Furniture Sales Job scope/duties/responsibilities: HR Process and Maintain filling system for payroll and personnel records.

Warehouse and Logistic Ensure store inventory and movement are documented and updated accurately and timely.

Liaise with shipping agents, and delivery team to executive operation activities to achieve high level of efficiency and effectively and data accuracy as well as meeting the required lead time.

Procurement Ensure inventory system is updated with daily transaction accurately and timely Compile sales orders and issue purchase orders Liaise with supplier to ensure goods receiving/delivering within required lead time.

Admin Perform data entry and maintaining internal database To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements: Applicant must be Malaysians only.

Working location: Setia Business Park in Johor Bahru, Malaysia Computer literate; proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and working knowledge on the use of internet and web-based applications.

Able to organize and prioritize owns work and coordinates the work of others effectively.
