Consolidate customer requirements for food orders.

Manage weekly and daily schedule of customers’ orders.

Create menu proposals, quotations and cost calculations for customers.

Handling customer calls.

Manage and coordinate caterers for events.

Plan and organize events.

To be at events if required.

Do monthly claims for the company.

Update event calendar and all required documents.

Maintain a filing system ensuring information is up to date and accurate.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.

Able to multi task Computer skills: Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Have good business-sense and strong customer service skills Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.

Committed to meeting deadlines Good with figures and calculations Good decorative skills Good in social media skills Can start work immediately Will need to work on weekends.

Preferably possess own transport.

Preferable experience in F&B industry.

Age 20 to 50
