requirements '- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or its equivalent.

- Good coordination, planning and organization in carrying out daily duties and responsibilities with high integrity and interpersonal skills.

- Good spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply descriptions '- Handle full spectrum of secretarial duties and administrative support to Managing Director.

- Plan and manage Managing Director’s meeting schedule, appointment, travelling arrangement and hotel reservation.

- Prepare meeting agenda, presentation and write minutes.

- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.

- Screen phone calls and attend to inquiries.

- Deal with incoming correspondences, mails and faxes.

- Manage and process Managing Director’s claims.
